1. How long does it take to receive my personalized pet products?
Our processing time for personalized pet products is typically 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Can I return or exchange my personalized pet products?
Custom products can't be returned! If there is an issue, we will do our best to resolve the problem with your product.
3. How do I capture my pet's paw print?
To capture your pet's paw print, we provide a pet-friendly paw print kit in our bundle. The kit includes all the necessary materials and instructions to safely and easily capture your pet's paw print. Simply follow the instructions provided in the kit to create a lasting memory of your furry friend. Then take a photo and email with order number to info@mypetimpression.com. You can also ship it back to us!
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist you accordingly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
